|
Two part urethanes, methacrylates, and epoxies are the adhesives currently used to bond FRP to similar and dissimilar materials. Cure time is often a determining factor in adhesive selection. Customer supplied hardware can be bonded to fabricated profiles upon request, as well as multi-component pultrusion assemblies. When high volumes of adhesive are required, two-component dispensing systems are used. Creative Pultrusions, Inc. currently owns 2 high volume dispensers for use in large modular bonding operations, such as bridge decking and flooring assemblies. Pre-fabricated assemblies make on-site installations easy.
