SupergrateTM Pultruded Grating is available in a variety of colors and thicknesses. It is designed and manufactured using both T-Bar and I-Bar profiles to provide lasting performance in areas where other materials corrode or decay. It is used in high corrosion areas where high strength is critical.

Safer Surface
Traction and safety are enhanced by a coarse epoxy coating bonded to walking surfaces.

Better Support & Stability
Heavier loads are supported and stabilized because a center core wedge and spacer bars provide a mechanical lock at each bearing bar.

Unidirectional Strength
Cross rods and bearing bars lock mechanically for maximum strength.

Easy Fabrication
Standard hand tools are used to cut and fabricate.

Low Maintenance
Angled design offers easier cleaning, as dirt, cleaning fluids and rainwater simply wash away.

Extended Life
Protective coated resin surface increases resistance to chemical corrosion and continuous ultraviolet exposure.

Durability
Continuous polymer fibers increase transverse strength and resistance to impact.

Stress Resistance
Continuous polymer rovings resist tension, compression and bending while providing longitudinal strength.
